| Are there any set up fees? |

The set-up fee is R 1000
The monthly hosting & maintenance fee is R 195 / month (or pay a year in advance and pay only R 1950 per year) |

| Do you do e-commerce ? |

| The cost for doing e-commerce is significantly more expensive but we can offer a more cost effective solution. Call or e-mail for details. |

| What guarantee do I have that my site will remain up and running? |
| |
| We guarantee a 99% up time unless there is a major catastrophe but even then it is highly unlikely that your site will be affected. |
| We use a reputable third party company in Arizona, USA to host our sites and unless they are experiencing problems, which is very rare, your site should remain up. |

| Why are your prices so much less than all the other companies? |

| We run a tight ship and keep our overhead low and avoid the "frills" which ultimately will have to borne by the client. Our goal is is high volume, with small profit margins. Our web sites offer much more than most any other web companies as far as service and value for money. |

| If I look on Google or Yahoo (search engine) will I come up? |
| |
| We submit the sites to the search engines and can not guarantee your ranking. Once a site is submitted to a search engine, it can take several weeks to months before the search engine lists it. We do however optimize your site with a number of different keywords. The higher the traffic to your site the higher your ranking in the search engines should be. |

| Do I need a computer to have a web site? |
| |
| No. It helps if you have a computer or have access to e-mail so that new and current clients can contact you via e-mail but we do everything for your complete web presence. |

| How do I get my photos to you? |
| |
| The cheapest, easiest way is to send digital photo's to us via e-mail in .jpeg format but if you don't have digital images you can post us regular photos and we will scan them and place them on the web for you. |

| I have a domain name but no web site What do I do? |
| |
| The cost remains the same. We will however have to transfer the domain name over to our company. The name still remains your property but we need to move where it is parked. We will pay for the transfer cost and the yearly domain name fee as long as you maintain your site with us. |

| What Keywords do you use? |
| |
| We have a great number of words which we use, depending on the type of business which would include your city name, and many others which, due to propriety reasons we don't give out. |
